 Jan brings extensive experience  specializing in leadership skills, emotional intelligence, communication behaviors, organizational change, teambuilding, and executive coaching.

    

As an education manager and performance consultant at Andersen Consulting, she worked with both internal and external clients, coaching and training thousands of participants. She has designed and facilitated a multitude of dynamic and engaging management and training solutions.  


Certifications include the Ken Blanchard Companies, Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence, Gallups StrengthsQuest, MBTI, and DISC.

 

Jan’s energy, personality and facilitation style engages participants and challenges them to think deeply and make applications strategically. Her current work focuses on ethics, expertise, and etiquette as the foundation for a healthy leadership practice.   


Jill T. Olsen, ED.D

Dr. Olsen is a learning specialist dedicated to leadership development and organizational excellence. She earned a doctorate in educational psychology from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance at Iowa State University. Her education also includes study at the University of Oslo, Norway, the University of Hawaii, and have taken her to Stuttgart, Germany and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Her professional experiences include college adjunct faculty, private counseling, and consulting with business and industry in performance enhancement. Demonstrated success in Performance Consulting springs from a mastery of skills in the following learning environments:

  • Coaching, facilitation, presentation skills including oral and written  communication, strategic planning and visioning
  • Creative problem-solving and teambuilding
  • Design and development of instructional approaches
  • Assessments in Behavior Styles, 360s, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Development Dimensions International certified  


Linda S. Behar-Horenstein, PhD

  Dr. Linda S. Behar-Horenstein, PhD is a Distinguished Teaching Scholar and Professor at the University of Florida. She holds affiliate appointments in the health science colleges of Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, & Pharmacy. She is the Director of the CTSI’s office of Educational Development and Evaluation and the Co-PI of the HRSA faculty development program in dentistry. Dr. Behar-Horenstein has more than 140 publications. She is responsible for the evaluation components of the CTSI Kl2 and TL1 grants and other affiliated CTSI programs. She provides significant on-site mentoring for health science faculty who are conducting educational research and planning to submit manuscripts. 

Hallie Wyatt Johnson

  Hallie has a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and over 25 years of experience with high tech manufacturing of health care equipment in engineering, product development, Six Sigma, human resources, customer training, service and general management. She held key engineering and management positions at various divisions of General Electric. She joined Go Lean in 2011.    Her lean and Six Sigma work began in customer training with over 140 nationally based green belts working on 44 projects. She has redesigned processes in customer training, logistics, sourcing, service, admissions and patient through put. She has delivered multiple Six Sigma training programs across the country.    While at General Electric Health Care, she led a team of sourcing black belts to deliver over 1.5M in savings through lean tools.    

Earl Young, PhD.

Dr. Earl C. Young, Management Professor Emeritus, DePaul University, has taught, developed programs, researched, wrote and consulted in various management disciplines and on topics including: strategic management, domestic and international operations, service and manufacturing, small business, entrepreneurship, innovation, corporate social responsibility, and industrial development in emerging economies. His current research and consulting is focused on millennials entering the workforce; sustained employability; and bridging the generational chasm between academia and employers. In turn, this has led him to concentrate on developing comprehensive strategy-aligned, in-house, learning programs serving all executives, managers, professionals and all other members of the workforce, as well as suppliers and clients. 

Eric Young

  Eric's undergraduate work was completed at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL. He also holds a degree as a doctor of medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin and graduated from Trinity International University with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology.  His work has included work at Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare, Turning Point and the New Foundation Center.  His passion is counseling individuals.
